Is Superhuman a white-label brand?
No. A white-label brand buys a finished chamber from a catalogue and prints a logo on it. We hold a controlling stake in the facility that builds our pressure vessels, and our chambers are built to a specification we wrote. That is the short version. The rest of this page is the part you can check.

What we hold back, and why
We don't publish our manufacturing partner's name, our ASME certificate number, or the certificate itself.
Not because they don't exist, but because publishing them hands competitors a shopping list. Anyone could approach the same facility, order a similar vessel, and sell it as an equivalent to a chamber we spent years specifying.
Qualified buyers see all of it under NDA. If that's not good enough for you, that's a reasonable position, and we'd rather you find out now.

The objection
"But it's made in China"
Yes. So is most of the hyperbaric industry, including several brands that don't say so.
You may have read that any chamber outside a short list of US brands is just a "US-branded Chinese chamber." It's a good line, and for a lot of sellers it's accurate: a logo on a catalogue product is exactly that. The way to tell the difference isn't the country on the label.
The country is not the quality signal. The questions that matter are whether the seller controls the specification, whether the facility is certified, whether the vessel is independently tested, and whether anyone is accountable by name. We answer yes to all four and will document each one.
A chamber built to a documented standard in a certified facility is safer than one assembled anywhere by a company that can't tell you who welded it.

Is Superhuman a reseller or a manufacturer?
A manufacturer. We set the specification, our inspectors sign off the welds, and every chamber ships with its own build record. A reseller can't produce one, because they weren't there when it was built.
Why won't you name your manufacturing partner?
Because it hands competitors a shopping list: anyone could order a similar vessel from the same facility and sell it as an equivalent. Qualified buyers see the ownership documentation under NDA.
Is your factory ASME certified, and can I see the certificate?
Yes, it holds a current ASME Certificate of Authorization. We provide it under NDA to buyers in an active evaluation, rather than publishing the number or the document.
How is this different from a private-label brand?
A private-label brand picks a finished chamber from a catalogue and adds a logo. We wrote the specification the line builds to, and we own a stake in the line. The test isn't what a brand says, it's whether they can hand you the build record for your specific chamber.
What can I ask for to check any hyperbaric seller?
Three things: the build record for your specific chamber, the pressure test data with date, and the name and credential of the person who signed the weld inspection. Ask us the same questions.
