We sell in US dollars, British pounds, UAE dirhams and Canadian dollars, and we quote delivery to other countries before you pay. A hard-shell chamber is typically running 3 to 5 weeks from order, installed and validated by our team, with your operators trained on site.

The process
From order to first session
Six steps, the same for a home or a recovery studio, in the US or abroad. The work is planned weeks before the truck arrives.

Order and build
Hard-shell chambers are built to order. Half the price is due when you sign the order form, the balance when your chamber is ready to ship, and it ships once the balance clears.

Crating and freight
The chamber travels crated as a complete system: the cabin, the pressure and oxygen unit, controls and documentation. Exact crate dimensions and weights are confirmed with your delivery crew before shipping.

Customs and the last mile
Outside the US we confirm the shipping quote and delivery time before you pay, and your quote states what it covers. The route is checked in advance: doorways, hallway turns, stairs, elevators and floor loading.

Installation and commissioning
One day on site for the Superhuman X, two days for the T4, as one install event. Pressure, oxygen and safety systems are validated before the first session.

Training and support
Same-day operator training on site (two days of staff training on the T2), then ongoing remote support. Maintenance and service are covered in our service guide.

Every Superhuman chamber runs on a standard household or commercial outlet, 50 to 60 Hz. A dedicated circuit is good practice, and we confirm yours before delivery.

Delivery questions
Do you ship hyperbaric chambers outside the US?
Yes. Our prices show in US dollars, British pounds, UAE dirhams and Canadian dollars, and we quote delivery to other countries on request. Outside the US we confirm the shipping quote and delivery time before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
A hard-shell chamber is typically running 3 to 5 weeks from order, depending on the model and your location. Installation and training happen on site once it arrives. The S1 soft-shell needs no installation, and its shipping is quoted with your order.
Is delivery and installation included in the price?
On the L1, X, T2 and T4, shipping and installation are quoted with your build, so the quote reflects your location and room. On the S1, shipping is quoted separately and no installation is needed.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Your quote and order form state what the price covers. If you buy from outside the United States, import compliance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local device rules and permits are the buyer’s responsibility unless your order form says otherwise (Terms of Service, section 14).
Will a Superhuman chamber work on 230 V or 240 V power?
Yes. Every Superhuman chamber runs on a standard household or commercial outlet from 110 V to 240 V, 50 to 60 Hz. We confirm your circuit before delivery.
Will a hard-shell chamber fit through my door?
We check before we ship: doorways, hallway turns, stairs, elevators and floor loading along the route, plus final placement in the room. Exact crate dimensions and weights are confirmed with your delivery crew in advance.
Do you install outside the United States?
Installation is offered with every hard-shell chamber. For deliveries outside the US, who installs, when, and what it costs are set out in your quote before you pay.
What support do I get after installation?
Ongoing remote support from our team, plus scheduled maintenance. The maintenance and service guide explains what ownership looks like after the install team leaves.
