About these terms
The program is operated by Superhuman Technologies LLC, doing business as Superhuman Chambers (SHC). This page summarises the referral-partner terms; the agreement and private schedule presented in your workspace govern your individual participation. Applying or reading this page does not create an active partnership.
Who the program is for
The program is application-only, with human review and a US-buyer focus. Worldwide applications may be reviewed individually, but acceptance and worldwide selling rights are not guaranteed. Partners introduce buyers directly or use approved tracked links and materials. SHC handles consultation, quotation, contracting, payment, delivery, installation and support. Partners are independent businesses, not SHC resellers or agents authorised to bind SHC.
Commission
The base commission is 5% of eligible equipment revenue. Higher schedules, including reviewed 6% performance and strategic rates up to 7.5%, require individual approval and acceptance; tier thresholds are not automatic entitlements. The accepted schedule sets your rate. No income is promised, and already accepted opportunities retain their recorded rates.
Eligible equipment revenue is cash collected for equipment, net of discounts, credits and refunds. It excludes taxes, freight, duties, installation, service charges, finance interest and other non-equipment items. There is no standard buyer discount, lifetime commission, downline or payment for an application, call or lead. Referral acceptance uses the agreed rate, not a separate cost/margin worksheet.
Referral acceptance and payment
Obtain the buyer's permission before sharing necessary business/project information. A consented click can identify a lead for 90 days, but a click, meeting, order or deposit alone is not a commission award. SHC must accept the named buyer/project. Accepted-project protection is 180 days; one written 90-day extension may be approved before expiry. A signed order and deposit within the protection period lock the accepted scope through delivery. Existing open opportunities and substantive two-way SHC sales engagement within 120 days are excluded from standard new-business eligibility; exceptions require a recorded human ruling. A later click cannot overwrite an accepted claim.
Payment eligibility requires the accepted agreement and attribution, full equipment payment, verified delivery, the later of 30 days after delivery or the applicable return/cancellation window, cleared fraud/dispute checks, payee/tax readiness and human finance approval. A pending or approved provider ledger is not proof of money paid. Refunds or invalid attribution may require an evidenced adjustment; there are no automatic bank debits. Suspension or SHC cost increases do not silently forfeit legitimate accrued commissions.
Promotion and conduct
Wait for onboarding and activation confirmation before promoting an approved partnership. Use only current approved materials, disclose your financial relationship beside endorsements and links, and submit your first promotional placement for review. Do not invent medical, regulatory, safety, income or performance claims.
Coupon/deal promotion, brand bidding, unapproved paid acquisition, spam, forced clicks, self- or related-party referrals, patient referrals and sub-affiliates are prohibited. Healthcare, procurement and public-sector conflicts require specific review. Do not submit patient records, identity documents, bank details or tax documents through partner forms.
Approved assets, events, demonstrations and support may be available subject to approval and capacity; none is guaranteed. Website imagery is not automatically licensed for affiliate redistribution.
Review, changes and ending participation
Application decisions are manual; AI screening and automatic approvals are currently disabled. You may request operational reconsideration within 30 days of a notice through your workspace or by email; this does not limit statutory rights or guarantee approval. Material agreement changes require new acceptance, and rate changes are prospective. Either party may terminate by written notice. SHC may suspend new activity while reviewing safety, fraud, claims or policy concerns; existing accepted opportunities and legitimate accrued obligations remain subject to the agreement.
Governing law and contact
The partner agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Court proceedings concerning it shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
