Who we are and what this notice covers
Superhuman Technologies LLC, doing business as Superhuman Chambers (SHC), administers the referral-partner program. Contact us at contact@superhumanchambers.com or 10080 North Wolfe Road, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States.
This notice covers partner applicants, participating partners and authorised business contacts named in a proposed referral. It supplements our general website privacy policy. This is a business-partner program, not a job application; the general policy's recruiting-specific retention period does not describe these partner records.
Information we use
For an application, we use your name, business email and company, country, submitted websites or profiles, audience and buyer markets, promotion methods, relevant conflict disclosures and privacy acknowledgement. Reviewers may check relevant public business information. For onboarding and ongoing participation, we keep review decisions, agreement/schedule acceptance records, training/content-review status and approved properties.
For a referral, we use the buyer-authorised business contact, company, project/site, buyer country and permission/evidence reference. For administration and finance, we keep accepted-referral and commission identifiers, amounts, status, audit records and restricted references to the separate payee/payment process. Security information includes IP, session/access and abuse-prevention metadata.
Do not submit patient or health information, identity documents, bank/card details, tax documents or other unnecessary sensitive information. Bank and tax documents belong only in the separately designated secure finance process, not this application or referral system. Only provide another person's information with their permission.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and verify applications, review eligibility and conflicts, communicate about the process, administer agreements and authorised introductions, maintain commission and audit records, answer requests, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations. An application is not a buyer sales lead and does not automatically enrol you in marketing. Buyer information is used for the authorised project review and existing sales process, not to replace sales ownership or original acquisition records.
Human review and AI
People make application decisions. AI screening and automatic approvals are currently disabled, and this program does not send your application to an AI processor. Uncertain, international, restricted or exception cases are reviewed by a person rather than automatically rejected. You can request human reconsideration from your signed-in workspace or by email; reconsideration does not guarantee approval. Any later AI processing would require approved controls and an updated notice before use.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare hosts and secures the workflow, including application/audit storage, bot prevention, sessions and administrator access controls. Resend delivers transactional program emails, such as verification codes and status notices; applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
Tapfiliate is used after activation for the hosted partner account, referral links and conversion/commission reporting. It is not used to screen partner applications. No bank or tax documents are uploaded through this partner workflow.
HubSpot is the existing buyer sales system, not the destination for partner applications. Buyer/project information may be reviewed there as part of the authorised sales process. Partner-to-CRM writeback is currently disabled; any enabled attribution writes must preserve existing sales ownership and original acquisition information.
Authorised SHC personnel and necessary service providers access information for the purposes above. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including to relevant professional advisers or authorities, as described in our general privacy policy. No AI processor is enabled for this program.
Cookies, security and choices
Necessary session and security technologies support sign-in and abuse prevention. Optional referral identification requires the applicable consent; you can manage consent and browser storage. A buyer-authorised direct introduction is an alternative to a tracked link. Withdrawing optional tracking consent does not automatically remove a previously accepted business record or legal obligation.
We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive medical or financial information through ordinary forms or unsecured email. If you accidentally include it, contact us so we can review appropriate handling.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to assess applications, administer the partner relationship and accepted opportunities, maintain business and financial records, respond to requests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the record and purpose, relationship, dispute or legal-hold needs and applicable law. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed timetable.
Requests and international applicants
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or appeal a privacy-request decision. Contact contact@superhumanchambers.com. We may verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping, dispute and legal obligations before fulfilling a request. We do not disclose other partners' or buyers' private records in response.
Worldwide applications are reviewed manually and do not guarantee activation or selling rights in any country. The US-buyer focus does not remove applicable privacy rights. Our general privacy policy provides further information about rights and how to contact us.
Notice changes
The application displays the current notice version and records the text/version acknowledgement. If it changes before you submit, you must review and acknowledge the current notice. Material changes to processing will be reflected in an updated notice. The notice acknowledgement is not partner approval, activation or agreement acceptance.
